{"id":2122,"date":"2019-12-11T11:34:12","date_gmt":"2019-12-11T14:34:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/certi.org.br\/blog\/?p=2122"},"modified":"2025-08-06T15:36:23","modified_gmt":"2025-08-06T18:36:23","slug":"cases-celta-making","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/certi.org.br\/blog\/cases-celta-making\/","title":{"rendered":"Cases CELTA: Making"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Making &#8211; facilitando conex\u00f5es entre hospitais, pacientes e planos de sa\u00fade<\/strong><br><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Em 1999, quando surgiu a Making, a demora da conex\u00e3o dos hospitais e cl\u00ednicas com as operadoras de planos de sa\u00fade para autorizar cirurgias e exames e administrar documentos se mostrou uma oportunidade de neg\u00f3cios para o cientista da computa\u00e7\u00e3o Juliano Richter Pires. As contas m\u00e9dicas e documentos dos pacientes ainda circulavam em papel, o que tornava a resposta demorada tanto para procedimentos complexos simples como para casos mais simples, al\u00e9m de tornar mais burocr\u00e1tica a auditoria da conta m\u00e9dico-hospitalar, relacionada a medicamentos e equipamentos necess\u00e1rios. Com a oportunidade de se instalar no CELTA, incubadora da Funda\u00e7\u00e3o CERTI e FAPESC, a Making criou uma ferramenta para gerenciar e automatizar o tr\u00e1fego destas guias e acaba de completar 20 anos de atua\u00e7\u00e3o.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O primeiro produto da Making foi uma plataforma de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o para envio de documentos que permitia que a autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o de procedimentos m\u00e9dicos fosse executada de forma transparente entre os sistemas de gest\u00e3o da operadora e dos prestadores de servi\u00e7o, chamada Making Sa\u00fade. Depois desse primeiro passo, a empresa evoluiu o sistema para trabalhar com todos os problemas relacionados com a troca de informa\u00e7\u00f5es que existem entre a rede de prestadores e a operadora de sa\u00fade. Nascia ent\u00e3o o MakingGW.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O primeiro cliente foi a Unimed Florian\u00f3polis, e ao longo de sua trajet\u00f3ria a Making conquistou outras 30 operadoras de planos de sa\u00fade que est\u00e3o espalhadas por Santa Catarina, Minas Gerais, Mato Grosso, S\u00e3o Paulo e Paran\u00e1. Com a implanta\u00e7\u00e3o do sistema nessas operadoras a abrang\u00eancia com as solu\u00e7\u00f5es Making cobrem cerca de 1.000 cidades no pa\u00eds. Os sistemas atendem a mais de 9 mil prestadores de servi\u00e7os assistenciais e somam mais de 10 milh\u00f5es de guias processadas no ano passado.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os n\u00fameros contemplam a facilidade de tr\u00e1fego dos documentos gerados ap\u00f3s o atendimento desses pacientes nas cl\u00ednicas at\u00e9 as operadoras de planos de sa\u00fade. Uma das vantagens foi a diminui\u00e7\u00e3o do tempo de an\u00e1lise e resposta da operadora \u00e0 sua rede prestadora, que levava mais de 30 dias, e hoje pode ser feita em poucos minutos. Al\u00e9m disso, a preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o com a log\u00edstica dos pap\u00e9is (transporte e armazenamento) deixou de ser um problema, pois agora as guias e solicita\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00e3o totalmente digitais, havendo, ainda, menor risco de perdas de documentos dos pacientes e benefici\u00e1rios dos planos.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O software evoluiu e hoje opera com 6 diferentes m\u00f3dulos: autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o de exames e procedimentos, avalia\u00e7\u00e3o de atendimento, auditoria dos pedidos m\u00e9dicos antes da realiza\u00e7\u00e3o dos exames, auditoria p\u00f3s-procedimentos, recurso glosa (para recorrer das decis\u00f5es dos auditores m\u00e9dicos), auditoria concorrencial para realizar a tramita\u00e7\u00e3o do uso durante a interna\u00e7\u00e3o dos pacientes e business intelligence, que mostra de forma f\u00e1cil e eficiente o hist\u00f3rico e previs\u00f5es. \u201cNo sistema s\u00e3o auditadas informa\u00e7\u00f5es como motivo da interna\u00e7\u00e3o, uso de medicamentos, quantidades de materiais hospitalares necess\u00e1rios para atender um paciente e equipamentos utilizados, tudo para gerenciar de forma completa e eficiente todos os processos de recebimento, tratamento, fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o e finaliza\u00e7\u00e3o eletr\u00f4nica destas contas m\u00e9dicas\u201d, explica o diretor administrativo-financeiro (CFO), Gabriel Richter Pires, que se tornou s\u00f3cio da empresa ao lado de seu irm\u00e3o.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O head office da empresa \u00e9 em Florian\u00f3polis, onde 30 colaboradores oferecem suporte t\u00e9cnico, consultoria e customiza\u00e7\u00e3o do sistema, pois tamb\u00e9m possui an\u00e1lise de dados, modelagem e integra\u00e7\u00e3o, al\u00e9m de mapeamento de processos em 3 n\u00edveis: b\u00e1sico, intermedi\u00e1rio e avan\u00e7ado. A Making cresceu 15% a 20% por ano no \u00faltimo quinquenio, tendo dobrado o faturamento nos \u00faltimos quatro anos.
