CERTI&#8217;s challenge was to develop a line of low-cost industrial robots that could boost innovation, guaranteeing safety and operational efficiency in the development of new products. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>DEVELOPMENT <\/strong><br>CERTI developed the CR family robots through a multidisciplinary team made up of designers, planners, engineers and manufacturing and quality technicians. The electronic part of the project was developed, including motor control and management software, as well as the hardware, software and firmware, in addition to technical feasibility analyses and market research, along with the creation of the product&#8217;s design and layout. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>From the initial conception to the performance testing phase, the project lasted a year and was divided into five main stages: defining the Technical Requirements, market research, drawing up the preliminary model, mechanical design and carrying out drive and response tests.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>RESULT  <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Two industrial robots from the CR family &#8211; model CR 600.25 (CR + arm reach of 600 mm + payload of 2.5 kg)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Studies of responsive and harmonious design concepts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Development of the structure, internal layout, cable arrangement and motor drive boards based on the first prototype, resulting in a more functional and responsive product.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implementation of an open source platform for robotic product management, allowing the integration of different automation systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>CR robots are affordable due to the use of open-source software, with no additional acquisition costs for the manufacturer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe title=\"AUTOMATIZA\u00c7\u00c3O NA IND\u00daSTRIA | Conhe\u00e7a os Rob\u00f4s CR da CERTI\" width=\"800\" height=\"450\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/P23vKH2zx5Q?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Automating factory structures with a low degree of digital maturity, with the aim of migrating repetitive, tiring and\/or dangerous human processes to robotic functions in an affordable way.
