CHALLENGE

Improve the management of PROELETRONIC’s production process, using the implementation of a software application integrated with the company’s legacy systems, to enable traceability of the finished product and industrial losses, and real-time visualization, via a dashboard, of existing production and quality indicators.

DEVELOPMENT

A manufacturing execution system (MES) was developed that was capable of collecting equipment data through integration with IoT devices. It was comprised of two modules:

• 1) Factory floor management;
• 2) Visual Factory Dashboard in real-time.

RESULT

• Increased control of productive processes, including real-time generation of Key Performance Indicators for decision-making.
• Increased productivity and quality through analysis tools available in the system.
