The CERTI Foundation’s instrumentation and test services, aimed mainly at measuring development, employ multiple signal capturing, coupled with digital processing of information and communication to refeed actuators and develop instruments, test benches and intelligent monitoring and control systems.
CERTI, with expertise in understanding the challenges of production line measurement, and with access to new information and communication technologies – including wireless and mobile devices – develops systems aimed at quality control and product development.
Planning of functional tests for mechatronic products, execution of reliability tests and analysis, working with a focus on circuit boards and functional tests. The services range from pre-certification tests to special, routine or on-demand trials.
Good measurements depend on equipment, trained workers and controlled environments. The development of instrumentation for online laboratory control presents reference environmental conditions, ensuring measurement quality.
Using Monta-SMIR as a basis for data recording and processing and the CERTI Foundation’s recognized knowledge of metrological services, sensors for environmental variables – such as wind direction and speed, air temperature and humidity, atmospheric pressure, global solar radiation, and river levels – are integrated with alternative power source systems to install environmental data collection stations in remote regions.
CERTI, together with national and international partners, develops solutions for monitoring asset integrity.
