Modeling and implementation of innovative impact entrepreneurship, an example of the Genesis Program - which aims to awaken talent for impact entrepreneurship - and the Sinapse da Inovação which focus on generating bioeconomy and impact companies.
A business model can be conceived as a description of the logic of how an organization creates, distributes and acquires value. We model the necessary aspects so that in addition to economic results, the business generates a positive social and environmental impact; starting with the reformulation of the nature of the business and of the company itself, considering the principles and guiding values of a new economy.
The principle of shared value involves the generation of economic value in a way that also creates value for society (responding to its needs and challenges) and for the environment. We do business modeling in productive chains that connect with the territory and its communities considering sustainability and the generation of positive impacts, resulting in the sharing of results with all of the actors and links in these chains, including the natural environment that is being conserved.
This work facilitates the transition to the New Economy, providing solutions so that the private, public and civil society sectors act synergistically and position themselves strategically and competitively in this New Economy. In this context, the CERTI Foundation staff offers the conception and implementation of Ecosystems for Impact Innovation. The main goal is to promote collaboration and cooperation between individuals and organizations in carrying out strategies aimed at achieving results with positive social, environmental, and economic impacts in a given region – for example Araucária+ and the Amazon Journey.
